Incoterms

FOB (you arrange freight), CIF and CNF (we arrange freight; CIF adds insurance).

Payment terms

TT, irrevocable LC at sight, or CAD — agree before the proforma invoice.

Documents to expect

Commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate.

Import permits

Many countries require a seed-import permit; we provide export-side documents and guidance — confirm current rules with your authority.
